We had a very positive experience in working with Julia. She assisted us in selling our house to purchase a new one. Since it was on contingency it was a little tricky but Julia always made sure that any issues were resolved. I felt very comfortable knowing that she was taking care of things for us. She is incredibly responsive via phone calls, emails and text messages. She always was willing to show us the houses we were interested in. My toddler still talks about how fun it was to go see the different houses with Julia. I will definitely be recommending Julia to any friends looking to sell their houses and/or buy a new one.
